We are seeking a bright, hardworking individual to join our Yakima office as a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
 
•Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
•Excellent judgment and strong interpersonal skills
•Solid work ethic; punctual with reliable attendance
•Eager to learn and respectful of diverse perspectives
•Detail oriented with strong sense of organization and prioritization
•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
 
Responsibilities:
 
•Welcome clients, co-workers and guests to the office
•Operate multi-line phone system
•Manage front desk and conference rooms
•Receive and route deliveries
•Process incoming and outgoing mail
•Assist office manager with administrative and facilities duties
•Provide administrative support to the firm’s legal assistants and support departments
