Vertically integrated Lower Valley agricultural organization in search of experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.
Responsibilities include a review of invoices for appropriate documentation, invoice matching to purchase orders, processing of check requests, response to vendor inquiries, reconciling vendor statements, maintenance of vendor files, with all job function done thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Qualifications: Minimum two years accounts payable and/or general accounting experience, basic understanding of accounting principles, strong computer skills with above average knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to multi-task while maintaining organization.
